This building was a standard concrete tilt-up construction, but with a full timber roof structure using epoxy dowel glulam beams with Edge-laminated timber purlins.

The unique aspect of this building was the design brief. The building was purpose designed for the current entertainment aspects, but capable of converting later to full commercial or industrial in the future. Incorporates and suspended concrete mezzanine floor, with minimal internal column supports.
