On large timber projects, like townhouses, units, nursing homes, tourist resorts, retirement villages and shopping centres, we guarantee to create savings in excess of our fees. All developers please note, if your project involves structural timber, we will provide you with a built-in profit as our fees are less than the savings.

Our design team is also, of course, skilled in steel and concrete design, and have a long list of large commercial projects to their credit, including churches, low-rise units, industrial sheds, etc. Our experience in domestic engineering design is second to none, and covers soil tests, foundation designs, and all forms of timber and steel framing design and includes bracing plans and suspended floor framing layouts.
